PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project is a lump-sum turnkey (LSTK) engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) package for East Gas Company to extend its natural gas and fiber-optic (FOC) distribution network and install associated metering facilities for new industrial customers in Dammam 2nd Industrial Area.
Supply and install underground 4-inch FBE-coated carbon steel gas pipelines with parallel FOC cables to twelve (12) factories, and construct complete metering system facilities including tie-in points, fencing, foundations, civil works, construction of valve boxes and road/gate crossings with concrete encasement, provision of cathodic protection (including temporary sacrificial anode beds), CCTV systems, fire protection equipment, and all required markers and safety signage.
